LAHORE: Ahead of the winter season in Lahore, the authorities have slightly changed the timings of government schools starting today, October 1.

As per the details, thousands of children attend schools in Lahore where the total number of primary and secondary public schools is around 1300.

Last month of September, single-shift schools opened at 8 am and closed at 1:30 pm Monday through Thursday, while classes ended at 12 pm on Fridays.
New timings for single-shift government schools in Lahore
The government school’s administration has only changed the opening time as it has been pushed back by 15 minutes.
Starting October 1, single-shift public schools will open at 7:45 a.m. and close at 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, while classes will end at 12 p.m. on Fridays.
