KARACHI: The Higher Education Commission HEC Chairman Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, declared that the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme currently distributes laptops throughout Pakistan, which constitutes a major achievement for student empowerment across the country.
Dr. Akhtar used his recent X (formerly Twitter) announcement to tell all eligible students to go to their designated universities for laptop pickup.
“Laptops have been delivered to your university! Students need to bring their documents to the focal person to receive their laptops, which will help them improve their study process.
The initiative targets students by providing them with digital tools that will improve their academic performance while they develop essential technology skills throughout the country.
The universities must deliver packages to students while safeguarding all documentation that proves package receipt. Students need to finish their laptop pickup process because it will help them get the most benefits from the program.
The government uses this scheme to build up Pakistan’s educational framework while helping young people develop their skills.
