Karachi University Postpones Exams amid General Elections 2024

Exams were originally set for February 6, but Karachi University opted to postpone them, an official announced on Friday. The source said that the impending general elections are the reason behind the postponement of Karachi University’s exams scheduled for February 6.

Additionally, he verified that there have been no changes made to the exam locations or times, and that the rescheduled exam date is February 14.

The University Senate meeting that was originally planned for February 6 has been rescheduled. The revised meeting date will be disclosed at a later time.

It is important to note that, due to the impending national general elections, educational institutions throughout the province will be closed for four days, from February 6 to February 9. As per the instruction from the Sindh Education Department, all educational institutions—private and public—will be closed during this time.
