The federal government approved the judicial proceedings in the jail
The federal government has approved the jail trial of NAB cases against Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
The Ministry of Law and Justice has issued the notification of the prison trial, the accountability court will hear the Tosha Khanna, 190-million-pound scandal cases in Adiala Jail.
It should be noted that in recent days the team of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has investigated Chairman PTI in Adiala Jail related to 190 million pounds case, Imran Khan is on judicial remand of NAB.

The court approved the intra-court appeal of Chairman PTI while pronouncing a reserved decision on the intra-court appeal against the jail trial and judge appointment of Chairman PTI.
At the same time, the Islamabad High Court declared the notification of the Jail Trial Court of August 29 as illegal.
