ISLAMABAD: According to the State Bank’s instructions, JazzCash users are required to complete biometric verification to keep their accounts active.
Customers can verify their biometrics by visiting their nearest JazzCash agent or through the JazzCash mobile application.
Additionally, unverified accounts will be blocked very soon.
As an added incentive, users who complete the verification process are eligible to win a reward of Rs. 100.
The move aims to enhance security and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for digital financial services.
