A high-level Bilawal Bhutto PM Meeting took place on Tuesday as Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to discuss a range of political and national matters.
According to an official statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, senior PPP leaders Sherry Rehman and Naveed Qamar accompanied Bilawal Bhutto during the meeting.
The discussion covered key national and political developments, with both sides exchanging views on issues of public importance and the country’s overall situation. Matters related to governance, development, and coordination between the federal government and political stakeholders were also reviewed.
During the meeting, Bilawal Bhutto appreciated the efforts of the prime minister and Pakistan’s military leadership in promoting international peace and regional stability. He acknowledged the role played by the country’s leadership in supporting diplomatic initiatives aimed at maintaining peace and cooperation.
The two leaders also examined the progress of ongoing development projects in the province of Sindh. They reviewed the status of various public welfare and infrastructure initiatives and discussed ways to ensure their timely completion.
Budget-related matters also came under discussion, reflecting the importance of cooperation between the coalition partners on economic and fiscal priorities. The meeting highlighted continued engagement between the federal government and the PPP on issues affecting national development and governance.
