ISLAMABAD( Tariq Ullah Wardak): Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) is organizing two-day family gala at F-9 Park to provide entertainment facilities to residents of Islamabad.
Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed and IG Islamabad Qazi Jamil Ul Rehman formally inaugurated the event as chief guests on the occasion.
Puppet shows will be arranged for the children while various kinds of swings will be placed there. Entry in this gala, starting at 11 am to 11 pm at night, is free of cost and over hundreds of stalls of edible items, jewellery, clothes and others have been arranged there to attract the visitors.
A girl named Sumaira hailing from Charsada display their food stall talking to this scribe she said we are introducing our traditional foods in the capital we provide food delivery service in Islamabad, the main objective is to introduce traditional dishes, mostly not available in Islamabad capital or foods with innovative taste-recipes, affordable rate, Charsada mota chawal, Vegetable platter, Traditional beef penda, Home made pickles, Healthy special Chaat, Kari Pakora special, Desi Foods, Tawaa qeema, Achari ghost, Vegetable rice.
She further said that these food items firstly introduced in federal capital hope the inhabitants of Capital as well foreigners like this they can place online order for these food items.
People will have good opportunity to spend their free hours in good atmosphere along with their kids. ITP has also arranged Magic shows, Puppet Show, Dog Show, face painting , Jumping Castle slides and cartoon show for this gala.
ITP have also manage its stalls in gala where education team of police will educate people about road safety tips and traffic rules.
People from remote areas have also place their stalls in this gala and introduce their products at comparatively cheaper rates. This gala will culminate on November 14 (Sunday) and famous singers including will also perform in it to enthrall visitors.
On the occasion IGP Islamabad Said the purpose of organizing such event like family gala is to provide provide entertainment facilities to residents of Islamabad and friendly policing.
