Australia’s Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has said that Iran war objectives achieved is now a key question in the ongoing conflict. He noted it is unclear what more can be gained after initial goals have reportedly been met.
According to international media reports, Albanese said there is no clear picture of how the final stage of the war will unfold. He added that uncertainty remains about what comes next and what further targets are left.
He warned that the longer the conflict continues, the more serious its impact will be on the global economy. Rising tensions could increase economic pressure worldwide.
The Australian leader also pointed out that many of the strategic goals announced by the United States at the start of actions against Iran have already been achieved.
Albanese stressed that the focus should now shift towards reducing tensions. He said the world needs stability and a move away from prolonged conflict.
