Karachi house robbery shocked residents of Korangi after armed men looted gold and cash worth more than Rs30 million from a home.
The incident took place in Sector 35-A of Zaman Town, Korangi, Karachi. According to police, three armed suspects entered the house at gunpoint.
The family told police that the suspects held all members hostage. They forced them into one room and locked the door.
The robbers then searched the house calmly. They collected gold jewelry and cash before escaping.
The victim, identified as Zafar, informed police that around 22 tolas of gold and Rs18.5 million in cash were taken. The total loss is estimated at nearly Rs30 million.
