Pakistan precision airstrikes Kabul Nangarhar were carried out late on March 16 under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq. The strikes targeted sites described by officials as linked to the Afghan Taliban regime.

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said the airstrikes destroyed key infrastructure. He stated that ammunition storage facilities in Kabul were hit, causing secondary explosions.

According to the minister, several sites in Nangarhar were also targeted. These included logistics bases and technical support centres allegedly used for militant activities.

Pakistani officials said the operation was precise. They claimed it focused only on facilities linked to groups such as Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Balochistan Liberation Army.

However, Afghan Taliban authorities in Kabul rejected these claims. They said the strikes hit a drug treatment centre and caused civilian casualties. Pakistani sources denied this and called the claim incorrect.

The operation is part of rising tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Clashes have increased along the border in recent weeks.

Officials said the military action followed attacks from across the border. Pakistan has long accused militants of using Afghan territory for operations, a claim Kabul denies.

Security sources reported that more operations were carried out in border areas like Kurram and Bajaur. These actions targeted suspected militant hideouts and Taliban posts.

Authorities said several positions were destroyed and casualties were reported among militants. Some fighters reportedly fled after the strikes.

The situation remains tense as both sides continue military actions. Officials say operations under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq will continue until security goals are achieved.
