A US official said the missiles did not cause any damage. CENTCOM later confirmed that the aircraft carrier continues to operate and launch missions in support of ongoing operations.

President Donald Trump told Fox News that the operation is “moving quickly.” He said he is not worried and believes the strikes are preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
