KARACHI: The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has issued an important alert to all of its beneficiaries who have been receiving monetary help for the last three years under the BISP program.

According to the details, it has been made obligatory for the beneficiaries to go through a new survey by June 30, 2025, if they wish to keep receiving support through the BISP Kafalat program.

BISP cautioned that payment issuances shall be stopped after the April-June 2025 quarterly amount if the beneficiaries fail to submit by June 30.

BISP Survey 2025 Process

Beneficiaries should report to their local BISP office within the deadline with the following documents:

Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Childrens B-Form (birth certificate), a Recent electricity bill, and an Active mobile phone number for communication

If the beneficiary does not respond to the survey within the expected time, it will lead to the suspension of the financial aid until the update is done.

This action is important in maintaining the smooth flow of the program and reaching those who are most in need.

BISP requests all the beneficiaries to act with urgency and finalize the survey process so that no disbursement of their financial assistance is interrupted.

The process not only safeguards the rights of deserving families but also enhances the social protection system throughout Pakistan.

BISP Kafalat is Pakistans flagship social safety net program aimed at disbursing cash transfers to povertystricken and vulnerable households throughout the nation.

Under the scheme, targeted women heads of household receive monthly cash handouts that are used to raise their standard of living, finance childrens education, and assist families in obtaining necessities.

Yet to ensure the program’s accuracy and integrity, BISP compels all existing recipients to re-register their information under a new verification survey.

Through this survey, only worthy families are assured of continued benefits under the program, while duplications and misuse of funds are avoided.
