ISLAMABAD: Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar has dismissed the pre-arrest bail application of TikToker Fazeela Abbasi due to her non-appearance in court.
According to a written order issued by the Special Judge Central Islamabad, the court also rejected Abbasi’s request for exemption from appearance on medical grounds. The judge observed that the petitioners were deliberately misusing the concession of pre-arrest bail.
The court noted that Fazeela Abbasi’s bail application had been pending since January 13, 2026, and despite the passage of time, she failed to appear before the court. It was further stated that the Islamabad High Court had not issued any stay order in this particular case.
The written order added that the relief in this matter had earlier been linked to a stay order in another case, which did not apply here. Consequently, the court dismissed the bail application.
