ISLAMABAD: Important and welcome news has come out for the candidates wishing to appear in the CSS exam 2026.
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has released the regular date sheet for the competitive exam CSS 2026, according to which the written exams will begin from February 4, 2026.
According to the released schedule, the English Essay paper will be taken from the candidates on the first day of the exam, while the Precis & Composition exam will be held on February 5, 2026. After this, the General Knowledge subject papers will be held on February 6, 7, and 8.
Additionally, the Comparative Studies of Religions paper will be taken on February 9, 2026, for Islamic Studies or non-Muslim candidates.
According to the FPSC, the optional subjects examinations will continue from February 10 to February 15, 2026, the papers of which will be held in morning and evening sessions under different groups.
The Federal Public Service Commission has directed all the candidates to complete their preparations as per the date sheet and strictly follow the examination centers, roll number slips, and other instructions issued to avoid any kind of trouble.
