From her lavish dress to sitting next to religious scholars, everything about her Nikah went viral.
Amid criticism, Nabiha responded to unwanted comments from none other than Tariq Jamil’s son after her Nikah with colleague Haris Khokhar.
Known for her candid opinions and interviews that went viral, Dr. Nabiha didn’t hold herself back, defending her integrity and personal choices.
In a video on an official TikTok account, Dr. Nabiha underscored how much respect she has for Maulana Tariq Jamil, referring to him as “like a father personality” and showing disappointment over the false allegations doing the rounds online.
She then responded to her son, “Maulana is not only your father; I consider him as my father.” She also spoke about the toxic culture on social media and how influencers have exploited her private life for content. “The way people have targeted my Nikah is unacceptable.
Those who made video after video about my Nikah, used my pictures and created drama, why did you do this and who allowed to use my personal content? Social media has become a monster,” she said.
She clarified that, having sung only a few lines for her husband, she had not disrespected the event and its venue. She further claimed that there is a deliberate effort by some organizations to tarnish her image.
