ISLAMABAD: The government of Pakistan has announced Eid al-Adha holidays for both the Islamabad High Court and the district courts.
According to the notification, both the high court and the subordinate courts will be closed from May 26 to May 28. This decision has been made after approval from the chief justice by Registrar Yar Muhammad Wana.
These three days will be considered judicial holiday during which judicial proceedings will remain suspended for these three days.
Moreover, in view of the current campaign against luxury, court proceedings will remain suspended on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well.
