PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KPK) Excise Department has decided to introduce fancy and special number plates.
According to the document, it has been decided to amend the rules, and now special number plates will be sold through auction.
Additionally, it has been proposed to keep the fee for fancy number plates up to Rs. 150,000, while the base price for a specific number plate will be set at Rs. 1 million.
According to the report, the fee for a number plate consisting of three identical letters and three identical numbers has been proposed at one hundred thousand rupees.
Objections or suggestions will be sought from citizens within 15 days on amendments to the rules.
