LAKKI MARWAT: A blast took place in Sarai Naurang Bazaar in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the police, 7 people were martyred and more than 18 were injured in the Sarai Naurang Bazaar explosion. Two traffic officials are also among the martyrs.
The injured are being shifted to Sarai Naurang Hospital, emergency has been imposed in the hospital. A woman and children are also among the injured.
Khawarij used explosives on a motorcycle for the explosion, security forces surrounded the area and started a search operation.
The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa took notice of the Lakki Marwat explosion, Sohail Afridi sought a report from the IG about the incident. He said that he shares the grief of the families of the martyrs, the provincial government will provide all possible cooperation.
The Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to ensure the provision of the best medical facilities to the injured.
