ISLAMBAD: Federal Minister Awais Leghari has congratulated Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Asim Munir in his message on social media platform X (Twitter) regarding the ceasefire between Iran and the United States.
In his statement, Awais Leghari said that he deeply appreciates Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir who played a significant role in ensuring the ceasefire between the United States and Iran. He said that this progress seemed impossible, but by the grace of Allah, the Pakistani leadership made it possible.

The Federal Minister further said that as a result of this diplomatic success, the entire region was protected from possible destruction and instability. He termed it as excellent diplomacy and said that this initiative is an ideal case for the Nobel Peace Prize.
