LAHORE: The federal capital has announced a special subsidy program for farmers, which will help small landholders by providing better access to agricultural support services.
Farmers who possess less than 12.5 acres of land will receive access to the subsidy program through this initiative. The program provides financial support to small-scale farmers, which helps them achieve better productivity results.
According to details, eligible farmers can register through the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat mobile application using a simple three-step process. The applicants must provide their personal details together with the necessary documents in order to finish their registration process for the subsidy program.
Authorities have created a helpline that will assist farmers who do not own smartphones. The farmers can dial 1725 to obtain registration assistance and guidance from the service.
Farmers who complete registration will receive government agricultural subsidies, which cover multiple farming inputs and services that help reduce expenses while promoting eco-friendly farming methods in the federal capital.
