IHC to hear case on Imran Khan’s X account on Jan 21

NAMAL university removes Imran Khan as Board Chairperson

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has fixed January 21 for hearing the case related to the closure of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan’s X-account.

The court has sought responses from the National Cyber ​​Crime Agency (NCCIA) and other relevant parties.

The case will be heard in the court of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir on the request of citizen Ghulam Murtaza.

In the written order of the previous hearing, the court confirmed the submission of the response of the Adiala Jail authorities and asked the other parties to submit their responses as well.

Salman Akram Raja is pursuing the case on behalf of PTI founder Imran Khan, while Barrister Zafarullah will appear in the court as the lawyer of citizen Ghulam Murtaza.
