ISLAMABAD: The session court in Islamabad has issued non bailable warrent of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday, according to media reports.
A court has ordered the arrest and production of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in a case registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).
The case was filed by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). Senior Civil Judge Abbas Shah heard the matter and, after preliminary proceedings, adjourned the hearing until February 10.
