ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the auction of residential plots in the newly launched housing project, Margalla Enclave.
After the recent successful auction of 236 plots in Sector C-14, the civil agency has decided to introduce Margalla Enclave in collaboration with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
This new housing project, being developed along Jinnah Avenue near Park Enclave and Park View City, offers a range of plot sizes, including five marlas, 10 marlas, and one Kanal.
The plots will be available through convenient installment plans over a period of one, two, or three years.
In February 2024, the CDA’s advertisement for a private partnership on the Kuri Model Scheme received a positive response as several developers including DHA, Bahria Town, Park View, and Faisal Hills submitted their applications.
Later, the federal cabinet in September 2024 approved CDA’s summary, allowing the civic agency to collaborate with DHA Islamabad on developing the housing scheme on 10,000 kanals of CDA land in Zone IV of the city.
