ISLAMABAD: The Capital Develpment Authority (CDA) unveiled plans to offer additional residential plots in Margalla Enclave, responding to overwhelming demand in Islamabad.

The plots, located in Sector C-14 on Park Road, are part of a joint venture with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).

This move follows the recent balloting for Sector C-14, which saw 1, 700 applications submitted for only 236 plots, each measuring 500 square yards. In response, the CDA will offer new plots in three sizes: five marlas, 10 marlas, and 500 square yards.

To accommodate diverse buyer needs, flexible payment plans spanning one, two, or three years will be available. CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa hailed the expansion as a milestone in Islamabad’s urban development, emphasizing the project’s potential to set a new standard for residential areas in the city.

Margalla Enclave, a promising development know for its prime location, will feature modern infrastructure, sustainable design, and extensive green spaces, making it attractive to both investors and homeowners.

Development work in Sector C-14 is progressing, and the CDA aims to grant possession of plots within 10 months after the final payment installment is cleared.

Interested buyers can visit the CDA’s official website for more details on the new plots and payment options.
