The spokesperson explained that the solar power project for the schools is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The initiative is designed to promote sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.

The project will reduce electricity costs and provide a clean, sustainable energy source for schools. To achieve these goals, solar panels will be installed on the roofs of selected schools.

The spokesman added that the savings froSm the solar project would be reinvested to expand educational facilities in the federal capital. It should be noted that recently Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that no new duty will be imposed on solar panels to promote access to renewable energy.
