KARACHI: A prominent Islamic scholar Mufti Tariq Masood debunked reports about him getting injured in a firing incident on his car near the Ghaghar Phatak area of Karachi.
Earlier, the news circulating on social media claimed that Mufti Masood sustained injuries while his driver lost his life in the incident.
As the news spread sending a shocking wave among his followers and the Islamic community, Mufti Tariq Masood cleared the air on rumors.
A post shared from his social media account confirmed that the Islamic cleric is in good health. “The rumors of attack on Mufti are false and baseless,” the post read.
