PESHAWAR: Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Science and Information Technology Dr. Shafqat Ayaz has announced the launch of an online traffic challan payment system in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Dr. Shafqat Ayaz said that through this innovative system, citizens will not need to wait in long queues at banks or visit offices to pay traffic fines.
Instead, they will now be able to submit payments online and this system will facilitate the public and increase transparency and efficiency in the government system.
He added that the online challan system will improve government revenue, eliminate avenues of corruption and save valuable time and resources of citizens. This step is an important milestone towards e-governance and aims to provide better services and modernize the administrative process.
