Pakistan weather update: PMD forecasts rain & snowfall in different areas!

Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast wind, rain and thundershowers in different parts of the country till June 22.

As per the details, in a statement, the Meteorological Department said that Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) will have hot and dry weather on June 16 and 17, however, there will be rain and thundershowers on Friday evening/night and Saturday morning. It is possible. in these areas. Intermittent rain, wind and thundershowers are forecast from June 18 to 22, especially over parts of GB and AJK.

Southern regions of KP are likely to experience hot and dry weather with intermittent rain from June 16 to 18. However, the districts like Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Bajaur, Kohistan, Chitral and others are forecast to experience intermittent thunderstorms with gusty winds and thundershowers from June 18 to 22.

Rain, wind, thundershowers and dust storms are forecast for Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Murree, Galliyat, and several other districts of North and Central Punjab during the same period.
