Per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), moist currents from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal penetrate most parts of Pakistan. A westerly wave is also affecting the upper parts of the country.
Under these weather conditions, rain-wind/thunderstorms are likely in Murree, Galyat, Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Attock, Chakwal, Talagang, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal, Wazirabad, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab, Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin on Thursday night.
