LAHORE: Lahore is expected to experience light rain in the coming days, providing brief relief from the ongoing dry conditions, according to the latest weather forecast from the Metrological Department.
The rain is anticipated to fall during the night, with some areas of the city receiving brief showers.
However, the forecast also warns of persistent smog and fog in Lahore and surrounding regions, including Kasur, Okara and Sialkot.
In addition to the rain, heavy smog and fog are expected to affect cities like Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Multan Rahim Yar Khan, reducing visibility and causing travel disruptions.
The public is advised to take precautions when traveling, especially in areas prone to poor visibility due to fog and smog.
