ISLAMABAD: The Chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC) has appointed Lt. Gen. (Retd) Moazzam Ejaz as the Chairperson of the National Technology Council (NTC) for a period of four (04) years.
Chairman HEC-in his capacity as the Controlling Authority of the Council approved Rector National University of Technology (NUTECH), Lt. Gen. Moazzam Ejaz name for Chairperson NTC w.e.f. July 29, 2024.
He was appointed as per Clause 3 of the approved Bylaws of the Council, according to the HEC notification.
Furthermore, the notification stated that the Chairperson would not be entitled to any salary or benefits for his services except such honorarium and allowances as may be prescribed.
