Missing PTI leader’s dead body found in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The body of the local  PTI leader, who has been missing for seven days is been found in Peshawar’s Matni area. The deceased is identified as Yaqub Khan who served as PTI’s District Senior Vice President,  a private news channel reported.

The discovery of PTI leader Yaqub Khan‘s body in Peshawar’s Matni area has sparked outrage and protests among his family and supporters.

In response, his family and a large group of PTI workers staged a protest, placing his body at the Bab-e-Khyber and blocking the Jamrud Bazaar Road.

The demonstrators are demanding the immediate arrest of those responsible for Khan’s death and have vowed to continue their protest until justice is served.
