ISLAMABAD: Former DG ISI Faiz Hameed’s brother Najaf Hameed’s bail has been approved. Special Judge Central Sharukh Arjumand confirmed the bail, the court approved the bail on the basis of reconciliation between the parties.
Najaf Hameed had obtained interim bail from a local court in Islamabad, Judge Sharukh Arjumand issued a written order approving the bail.
Najaf Hameed is accused of fraud and other charges in the FIA case, lawyers Abdul Qadeer and Ahad Khokhar prosecuted the case.
