BANNU: Three terrorists were killed in the retaliatory response when they attacked Police Lines in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district on Monday, which was successfully foiled.
According to the initial reports, the attackers entered the premises of the police lines premises camouflaged in burqas, and in a fire exchange, three policemen died while four were injured.
In response to the attack, all terrorists were killed by return fire from the Bannu police and security forces.
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the Bannu police line attack claiming that multiple attackers were involved in the assault.
