PTI announces to hold rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on May 2

PTI postpones rally in Rawalpindi amid US-Iran talks

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on May 2 and submitted an application for permission.

According to the details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has once again decided to head to the provincial capital to express its political strength.

PTI has formally announced to hold a public rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on May 2.

PTI Lahore President Mian Akram Usman has submitted a formal application to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Lahore regarding the holding of the rally and security arrangements.

The application has requested that permission be given to hold a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan (Greater Iqbal Park) on May 2 so that the party can continue its political activities.

According to party sources, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi will address the rally.

PTI’s decision to hold a rally in Lahore comes at a time when the political temperature in the country is continuously rising.
