KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has predicted rain on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr in Karachi, which will break the heat wave.
According to the details, the heat wave in Karachi continues, however, the Meteorological Department has given the citizens the news of pleasant weather and rain on the occasion of Eid.
The Meteorological Department says that the weather in Karachi will remain hot and dry today and the mercury is likely to reach 38 degrees Celsius today.
Weather forecasters have said that the weather in the city is partly cloudy, however, the weather is feeling humid due to moisture in the air. The strong sun during the day will cause an increase in the heat.
The Meteorological Department has said in its report that a new western system is going to affect the entire country, due to which there is a strong possibility of rain in Karachi on the occasion of Eid, which will break the heat wave.
Rains are expected to continue intermittently in different districts of Sindh from March 17 to 27.
Meteorologists say that the effects of the western system will begin to become noticeable in the next few days, which will make the weather pleasant in most parts of the country, including Karachi.
