ISLAMABAD: An important petition has been filed in the Supreme Court regarding the transfer of PTI founder Imran Khan from Adiala Jail.
According to the details, a miscellaneous petition has been filed in the Supreme Court in the Tosha Khana criminal case. This petition has been filed under Rule 35 Six of the Supreme Court Rules 2025.
The petition filed in the Supreme Court has requested that the founding chairman of PTI Imran Khan be transferred to Al-Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad. In addition, the miscellaneous petition has also requested the founder of PTI to have access to personal doctors and treatment in the presence of his family.
It should be noted that a two-member bench of the Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the Tosha Khana criminal case until the final decision of the High Court.
