PESHAWAR: According to the ISPR, security forces killed three Khwarij in an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Tor Darra in Khyber district on Monday.
According to the ISPR, the operation was carried out on information about the presence of Khwarij and during the operation, the own forces effectively engaged the Khwarij’ location.
Arms and ammunition were also recovered from the possession of the slain Khwarij, who were active in several terrorist operations in the area.
A sanitization operation is being conducted in the area to eliminate any other Khwarij as the security forces are determined to eradicate the menace of terrorism from the country.
