RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi transferred to Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore from Adiala Jail on Monday morning, sources said.
According to sources, former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be presented in Lahore’s anti-terrorism court.
Shah Mehmood has several cases registered against him in Lahore related to the May 9 incident. Lahore Police has also interrogated Imran Khan’s aide in the May 9 cases in the jail, sources said
Qureshi’s counsel, Barrister Taimur Malik, has confirmed that the ATC Lahore judges will hear the cases of May 9 in the Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore today.
