RAWALPINDI: Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed has requested the Chief Justice to hear the appeals in the May 9 cases.
The Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court heard 12 cases of May 9, including the GHQ attack case.
Talking to the media outside the court, Sheikh Rasheed said that he was not in Pakistan on May 9, but the case is a case.
He said that he has a heartfelt appeal to the Chief Justice that there are many problems in the homes of the poor, people are not burning their stoves due to inflation and unemployment.
Sheikh Rasheed further said that he has requested the Chief Justice that it is too late to hear the appeals, please hear the appeals of the people so that decisions can be made in the May 9 cases.
