Sindh Police took action after a video of a senior superintendent of police (SSP) went viral on Sunday in which he could been serving tea to some political leaders.
Sindh Inspector General Ghulam Nabi Memon labeled the officer’s action as “very wrong”, adding that a written explanation will be sought from him.

Furthermore, the Sindh Police IG said that he would still have to respond, even though the Sindh SSP’s behavior was an individual act.
The video which went viral on social media shows a senior police officer serving tea to a sitting political leader during what appears to be a ceremony. However, it is not clear where the political function was taking place.
Sindh Minister and PPP leader Saeed Ghani could also be seen sitting in the video.
Earlier, a video featuring SSP Mirpurkhas Asad Chaudhry became popular on social media. In the video, he was seen serving tea to attendees at a PPP gathering.
