University of Melbourne announces fully funded scholarships for Pakistani students

MELBOURNE: Pakistani students who wish to conduct world-class research now have the chance to apply for University of Melbourne Graduate Research scholarships, which will start in 2026.

The scholarships provide complete tuition coverage along with a substantial stipend, which also includes relocation assistance. Pakistani students who achieve high academic results can apply for Master’s by Research or PhD programs at the University of Melbourne.

Students from Pakistan and other countries can apply. IELTS is not required. The application deadline is October 31, 2026. The University evaluates students based on academic excellence and research potential.

Pakistani students who excel academically can use this opportunity to conduct advanced research work in Australia. Pakistani students who receive the scholarship gain: Students must apply for or enroll in a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne.

The candidates must display research capabilities while providing evidence of academic success from their recent educational program. Pakistani applicants automatically get considered for the scholarship when they submit their course application.

The University confirms the scholarship application within ten business days. Applications must go through the official University of Melbourne application portal. Pakistani students who relocate to Melbourne will receive the maximum allowable relocation grant, which amounts to $3,000.

The living allowance enables them to dedicate all their time to research work because it removes all financial burdens.
