ISLAMABAD: US Vice President JD Vance will arrive in Pakistan tonight with his delegation.
According to sources, the delegation also includes Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. Sources say that 23 members of the US delegation have already arrived in Islamabad to assist them.
Security experts and team members are also included in the delegation. Iranian Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi will also arrive in the federal capital Islamabad late tonight.
White House spokesperson Caroline Lute said that US President Donald Trump is sending his negotiating team to Islamabad for talks with Iran.
The White House spokesperson said that the negotiating team will hold talks in Islamabad on Saturday morning. On the other hand, the Iranian president spoke to the Prime Minister of Pakistan over the phone and informed him about the arrival of his delegation in Pakistan.
