Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has found herself at the center of a growing debate following remarks allegedly made by religious scholar Nasir Madni during a public gathering. The situation has intensified discussions on social media regarding public accusations and character portrayal of celebrities.

In a strong response shared through her Instagram stories, Momina Iqbal expressed deep anger over the statements circulating against her. She stated that unverified allegations had damaged her reputation and stressed that she would continue to pursue justice through legal and moral means. The actress also emphasized that only she and Allah know the truth behind the matter, and she would not remain silent against what she called unjust claims.

She further referenced Islamic teachings, citing that making accusations without solid proof is strictly prohibited. Referring to Surah An-Nur, she reminded followers about the consequences of spreading false allegations against innocent individuals. Her message highlighted both emotional distress and a firm stance on protecting her dignity.

Momina also questioned how anyone could justify ridiculing a woman while claiming to represent religious values. She urged accountability for those who publicly discuss individuals without evidence, stating that such behavior raises serious ethical concerns. According to her, standing for truth should not become a difficult path in society.

The controversy comes shortly after the actress approached FIA and NCCIA over online defamation and threats, as she continues to seek legal protection of her reputation.
