MELBOURNE: Cricket Australia Chief Executive Todd Greenberg has said that Pakistani players have been officially cleared to play in the Big Bash League (BBL).
According to media reports, he said that Pakistani players have been cleared to participate in the BBL, and the details in this regard were finalized last week.
According to Todd Greenberg, we are very excited because the best players from Pakistan are part of the league, and we are looking forward to seeing them in action this season.
It should be noted that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had recently temporarily suspended the NOCs of national cricketers for foreign leagues; however, players who already had NOCs were allowed to play in the BBL.
According to media sources, there were also discussions between Cricket Australia and the PCB on the issue of the participation of players.
Pakistani players participating in the BBL include Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Hasan Ali, Haris Rauf, Shadab Khan, and Hassan Khan, who have signed contracts with various teams.
