DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest One Day International (ODI) Player Rankings, which shows significant changes in the world’s top cricketers.
In the ODI batsmen rankings, Pakistan’s Babar Azam continues to dominate, holding firmly to his number one position. Meanwhile, India captain Rohit Sharma has moved up one place in the rankings to the second spot.
India’s Shibman Gill has dropped one place and is now at the third position while Virat Kohli is at the fourth position. Ireland’s Harry Tector made significant progress to finish fifth after gaining one place.
In the ranking of ODI bowlers, South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj is at number one, followed by Australia’s Josh Hazlewood at number two. Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi has made significant progress, moving up two places to occupy the seventh position in the bowling rankings.
As far as the rankings of ODI all-rounders are concerned, Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi is at the top, maintaining his reign as the top all-rounder.
