ISLAMABAD: England Men’s Cricket Team Selector Luke Wright has decided to resign from his position.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has issued a formal announcement regarding Luke Wright’s resignation.
According to the ECB, Luke Wright will step down from the position of selector after the conclusion of the T20 World Cup. He took over as England Men’s Cricket Team Selector in November 2022 and has informed the board of his decision.
Luke Wright says that it has been an honour for him to serve as a selector for the England Cricket Team for three years.
ECB Managing Director Rob Key praised Luke Wright’s services and said that his services to the England Cricket Board have been exceptional and valuable.
