India suffers blow as Harshit Rana ruled out of T20 World Cup

MUMBAI: The Indian team has suffered a major setback before the first match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026.

India’s fast bowler Harshit Rana has been ruled out of the mega event, and Mohammad Siraj has been included in the team.

The Indian Cricket Board has confirmed that fast bowler Harshit Rana has been ruled out of the World Cup. The fast bowler was injured in a warm-up match against South Africa on February 4.

He suffered a knee injury during the match, due to which he will no longer be able to participate in the event. The medical team has declared him unfit for the World Cup.
