Pakistan bowled out for 333 in second test against South Africa

RAWALPINDI: In the second Test match against South Africa, Pakistan was bowled out for 333 in the first innings.

In the final Test match of the series played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan started the second day against South Africa at 259 for 5. After a few overs, Pakistan’s wickets started falling.

Pakistan’s opening batsmen Imam-ul-Haq 17, Babar Azam 16 and Mohammad Rizwan 19 were out. Captain Shan Masood scored 87 and Abdullah Shafiq 57, while Saud Shakeel scored 66 and Salman Agha scored 45.

South Africa’s Keshav Maharaj bowled brilliantly and took 7 wickets while Simon Harmer dismissed 2 players.

It should be noted that Pakistan made a winning start to the 2025-27 World Test Championship by defeating defending champions South Africa by 93 runs in the first Test match.
