Yasir Khan spent one year at Rizwan’s house for Batting Practice

LAHORE: Yasir Khan of Pakistan Super League franchise Rawalpindi has revealed that he stayed at Mohammad Rizwan’s house for a year for batting practice.

The aggressive batsman, who scored 83 runs off 46 balls against Peshawar Zalmi, while talking to Geo News, said that after the last PSL, I spoke to former captain Mohammad Rizwan about batting and he called me to him. I spent a year with Mohammad Rizwan.

He worked with me, which is benefiting me. I stayed at Rizwan’s house in Peshawar for a year and got me to bat for 3 to 4 hours in 2 sessions.

He said that after that, my first-class performance went well, I performed well in the National T20, now the focus is on the PSL, I think the way Mohammad Rizwan worked on me is benefiting me.

Yasir Khan said that every player wants to do well for his team, I also want to make the team a champion, I have very good performances in domestic, it is okay that I could not make it to the national team, it is a matter of fate, my time has not come yet, when the time comes, Allah will make a way.

He further said that it comes to mind why I did not get the opportunity sooner, but I should also believe that what is written in fate will happen, when it is in my destiny, Allah will put it in the hearts of people.

Yasir Khan said that in Rawalpindi, seniors and juniors support each other together and the team atmosphere has become very good.
